I did take a day off on Wed, planning to pick up my daughter from school , but things changed... I made a quick visit to NYC!. And then the prep for dinner. It was fun. Wife did most of it.... I'm still recuperating mind you! (from a cold)...<br /><br />Anyway.. Thanksgiving comes and goes. ITs the next day... I calmly get up from breakfast to go over to the computer and check email.... I get into a slight slouch. (Poor posture) leaning on my mouse.... I happened to be in an out-breath... and then it happened!!!! I coughed.. a strong one!!! I was going into one of my coughing jags.... only this time it was the first cough.. and I let out a yelp that was heard across the state!!!!<br /><br />I heard something snap! Crack is a more accurate term!! My muscles tensed, I couldn't breath!!! Panting for air, I finally came under control..<br /><br />Now try and get up... Nope!!!! No can do.. Ouch again!!!!!! Big time!!!!! Calm down Phil!!! Use your great knowledge of the Alexander Technique and breath, relax, relax all the muscles and bones to release outwards.....<br /><br />As I breath and move I feel something popping inside.... Did I pull a tendon, break a bone!!! <br /><br />Well up to shower.. this is going to be a trip to the imedicenter! xray time.... While showering I decide .. no imedicenter, this a time for the emergency room. This hurts too much. I can bend over to tie my shoes!!!! OUCH! again!!!<br /><br />Well three hours later.. The doctor comes back with the xray results.. I broke a rib!!! rare but I did it.. I called it... I could feel it....<br /><br />So here I sit, cant cough, cant sneeze, cant laugh, and tighten up every once in a while in pain as I go ever so slightly unbalanced and cause muscles to contract in pain!!!!<br /><br />Little drug here another one there, asthma, sinusitis, coughing.. This has got to stop... ENUF already!!!!<br /><br />Well time to try and get some sleep.. hahahahahahahahaha<br /><br />After falling asleep last night at 3 AM.. I woke this morning only to find out I couldn't get up.. I cant use chest muscles!!!!!! GEEEEZZZ!!!!!!<br /><br />What a life.... So I sit here and mumble to a computer!!!! What a life!!!!! Good night computer!!! sleep well. Yhe top most link is a site&nbsp; (online bookmarks site) that holds all of my links (from one computer).. Im still figuring out how to add the other three computers to it without over writing the whole mess.<br/> <br/> Still havent figured out the categorization theme.... I look at each link and notice it has 'Reiki' as a category! And I cant delete it!...
